Cab company or owner must confirm appointment through email within 24 hours. Failure to confirm within 24 hours will cancel the appointment.
Any changes must be emailed using this form and approved by W/M before it becomes effective.
Please check-in with reception to retrieve your badge, prior to your inspection. We do not accept late check-ins.
Cab company or owner will be charged a $50.00 missed appointment fee if cancelation is less than 24 hours prior to the appointment or driver is later than 5 minutes to check–in and/or inspection. Companies scheduling owner/operator appointments are responsible for those appointments.
Cab owners will be charged a $70.00 re-inspection fee after a failed inspection.
Cab owners will be charged a $70.00 re-inspection fee if requesting an appointment within 10 months of their last inspection.
